This week we found two separate Spanish speaking families to teach the gospel of Jesus Christ to! We attempted to visit a less active family and when we were standing at the door a man residing next door waved at us and we said hello! We didn't get an answer at the door we were knocking at, then when walking back to the car I felt that we should go walk over to the house next door and say hi. So we went to the neighbors home instead. The man ended up answering the door to us and we shared who we are, missionaries for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and asked if the family we were looking for was his neighbors. He said his family is the family! We are still trying to figure it out because the name he gave was different but he said we could come back and share a message!

Blessings 04/25/22
Our Bishop's daughter last week told us she has a neighbor that we should stop by and see if they are interested in having missionary lessons. We went by and the wife answered and said that we could come back as well! Both families only spoke Spanish! I am super excited to go back and start speaking Spanish with them and share the gospel of Jesus Christ with them!!!
Our friend Sister Rhea is moving (still in our area) and we have been helping her pack! She is also praying about a date to be baptized in May! We are super excited for her and so just keep her in your prayers!

Happy Early Easter! 04/11/22
Sorry for being MIA to everyone that has reached out! I have been doing good just super busy!
This week, we were able to get in contact with a church member who is less active and in a part member family. We have been meeting with her, Sister Weaver, every week to study the gospel of Jesus Christ. We were able to take a member, Sister Turberville, to come along with us this past Saturday to Sister Weavers home to teach, and it was great. The Spirit was so strong. Sister Weaver and Sister Turberville have gone through a lot of the same things in life and they really opened up and connected to each other. We went to the lesson planning to read 1 Nephi: 8 about Lehis vision, but halfway through the study they started talking about other experiences. I kept thinking we need to read Mosiah 14:3-5. So we flipped to that page and they BOTH had been reading that earlier this past week. I know that Heavenly Father is apart of this work!
Sister Rhea is doing great! She is so excited for her baptism. We all watched General Conference together and her granddaughters came as well. Afterwards, the girls told us that they too want to be baptized and learn about the gospel of Jesus Christ as well. They are both younger, but we are excited to start to teach them more too. I love teaching little kids! Please keep them all in your prayers.
Happy Early Easter! I hope everyone this week can celebrate the resurrection of the Savior. He loves each and every one of us. I am so grateful that through the gospel and scriptures I understand that I too will live again after physical death.
